Livestream info for our first game tomorrow vs Israel

Here’s the link that hockey games were live-streamed on today. It is a YouTube channel so I think you just click on the link at 11 AM Israeli time which is unfortunately 4 AM EST! I don’t think there are broadcasters but the video quality was pretty good for the US Women’s game I watched a few minutes of today and you can hear the public address announcer announce goals and penalties.

Here is the link for anyone wanting to stream

Update: Aaron Israel, our former NHL draft pick and Harvard star, is getting the start today but I may see a period or two depending on how he’s feeling. Apparently I’m getting the start on Sunday vs EU. For reference for those diehards who are waking up to watch, I am the smallest of our goalies, have a white helmet, and wear #35.

Also, the opening ceremonies are supposedly pretty special featuring some Israeli pop stars in addition to the athletes of course! Joe Biden arrived in Israel today and will also be in attendance. The opening ceremonies are at a more reasonable 7 PM Israeli time (noon EST) and can be watched on http://www.maccabiah.com/en/
